Water: Use filtered water or leaving water out overnight before using. Water whenever the top inch of the soil begins to dry out. Expect to water more often in brighter light and less often in lower light.

Once a full payment is made, we will take 1-2 days working days to process your order and arrange to ship out at the earliest available slot. We try not to rush shipment as plant packaging must be handled properly and the process for 1 order will require a minimum of 1-2hrs. We avoid weekend shipment during weekend or public holiday as there is a higher risk your order may be delayed. If you are from EAST Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) will be accepted and processed, but we hold NO RESPONSIBILITY for ANY issues such as shipping delay, custom clearance etc. Please check your order information carefully for accuracy, including the quantity of the items, delivery address and recipient contact. We cannot be responsible for orders that go undelivered due to incorrect address information. Please do track your orders with the given tracking number. We are unable to guarantee 100% survival of the plants, in the event of late delivery. Hence, when it is necessary, you are advised to do self collection at the courier's office/warehouse to avoid late delivery. All items will be packed and wrapped professionally and carefully withhold the best possible we could. Please reach out to us if you received bad packaging.

We are not liable in any event such as plants are not in good condition or death of plants due to shipping delay or damages to the box during the shipping process by third party courier companies. If you are unable to accept minor defects such as burnt leaves, broken leaves/flower buds, or bent stems which are not intentional, we are sorry to see you go.

We DO NOT accept returns or refunds as it's a shared risk among sellers and buyers for online plant delivery, but we are experienced online retailers for plants, and we promised to pack and deliver within our best efforts. Kindly note that the terms above will be superseding the platform's policy as it's live plant delivery, we do not provide return or refund as it's shared risks between buyers and sellers. We reserve the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add any terms and conditions above without prior notice anytime.
