You may amend your order as long as before final cut off time, please contact our customer service to proceed further.
How is my order confirmed?
Once you’ve successfully checked out, you’ll receive an email, detailing all the items and quantities of your order.
What if some goods are missing or damage from my order?
Notify us via email [email protected] within 24 hours you received your order with proof of picture (apply for damage item).
What if I bought the wrong item, can I return it?
We do not accept any returns or exchange of items for wrong purchases.
What if some items in my orders are out of stock?
Our team will notify you in advance and process to a refund.
Where does Creek Valley Farm deliver to?
For fresh products, we cover most areas of Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur.
For other products, within West Malaysia according to our courier company coverage areas.

What is your delivery schedule?
For Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur, Every Thu only, delivery period is between 9.30am-9.30pm.
For Other areas, following courier company schedule.

– Starting from Feb 2022, we only do once a week deliver, which is on Thu only, to Klang Valley with own transport.

What are your delivery charges?
For Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur, Flat Rate RM10
For Other areas. Flat Rate RM35
There will be an additional RM8 processing fee if the total order is below RM50.
Can I choose to pick up my own order?
Yes, you can pick up at our pick up points. Please refer to our homepage and scroll down to Our Pick Up Points section for the details.
Is there any minimum order for self pick up?
No. However, there will be an additional RM8 processing fee if the total bill is below RM50.

Can I choose a specific timing for self pick up?

How to I select specific location that I want to pick up?
You will be able to do that on checkout page.
What are the available payment methods?
We accept Debit/Credits Cards, Online Bank Transfer and eWallet (Grab Pay, Shoppe Pay, TNG and Boost).
Can I pay by cash?
No.
How secure are my payment details?
All our payment are made through iPay88 (one of the leading payment gateway services in Malaysia).
How subscription plan work?
You do ONE time purchase to enjoy our products and services within EXTRA benefits for a selected period of time.
Can I cancel subscription plan?
We do not allow any cancellation of plans. Once subscribed, you may enjoy the benefits until expiration date.
Can I extend my plan?
We do not have this option at the moment.
We are only using JNT as our service provider starting from Feb 2022, because they are doing the best at our area accordingly to our past experiences.
Probably your cart has fresh products, such as vegetables, fruits or flowers, which are not suitable to be sent via courier service. These products only can be delivered by CVF transport in certain coverage only.
Once handover to courier service provider, will takes about 2-3 days to be delivered, unless uncontrollable incidents or you are located in East Malaysia.
If the plants are received within 4 plants and are found to be dead, we offer 2 options:
Opt 1: Replace the plant to you on your next order.
Opt 2: If you do not wish to place a new order, please in touch with our customer service to request gift card credits which is same value as the plant you purchased (shipping fee is bear by buyer).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Each plant is unique, the plant you receive may not be the same colour or shape as the picture. The colour of the plants will fade and their leaves may fall during transit which is normal. However, they will recover in a sunny, well-ventilated environment paired with good care.
- Typically, plants can survive for a week during shipment but there is NO GUARANTEED. Therefore, delivering with courier service as shipping method will be at buyer own risk.
- For West/East Malaysia, we will not be liable for any damages incurred by the courier service. Eg: delivery delayed, parcel held by customs, parcel returned, loss or damage.
